Caleb Austin of New York Compiler:

We are pleased to have the Caleb Austin database added to our web genealogies. Janice Austin Untener is serving as compiler of this database, so please send additions and corrections directly to her Major contributors for this database were Marjorie Smith, Marvin L. Marshall, Margaret Waldrep and Wayne Austin.

This database begins with Caleb Austin, born about 1777. Caleb first appears in New York in the 1810 Census before removing to Meigs County, Ohio in 1816-1819. He later moved to Athens County, Ohio where he died in Lodi in about 1856.
